The "COZUN" series is a cornerstone of BARNS OUTFITTERS, released in various forms throughout the year.
Utilizing vintage small-diameter knitting machines, we take our time to create a heavyweight fabric that is essential to our signature "tough" craftsmanship.
While our classic-fit staples remain ever-popular, the COZUN series is truly special because it breaks in over time, molding to your body and evolving into a unique, one-of-a-kind piece.
Our latest addition is the Ringer T-Shirt, featuring contrasting colors on the neck and sleeves.

"A simple piece with a vintage feel"

This new release features BARNS OUTFITTERS signature heavyweight fabric, a year-round favorite for its incredible durability.
While typical ringer tees use simple piping on the cuffs, this model features a more premium and classical construction with the entire sleeve in a contrasting color.
To highlight the rugged, vintage-inspired fabric, the rest of the design has been kept as minimal as possible.

The neckline is finished with a "Tako-binder" (self-fabric neck tape), which covers the seam allowances so they don't touch your skin directly. This thoughtful detail ensures a stress-free, comfortable fit, while also reinforcing the collar to prevent stretching over time.

By adding just a touch more room compared to our standard staples, we’ve achieved a contemporary silhouette.

By utilizing a "Tubular Body" with no side seams, we’ve achieved a clean, sleek look alongside a completely stress-free wearing experience.

The stitching throughout each piece is carefully color-matched to the neck and sleeves.

This piece is crafted from our staple 14-count yarn fabric, a hallmark of the BARNS OUTFITTERS collection. Produced on our signature "COZUN" knitting machines, the fabric strikes the perfect balance between incredible softness and a resilient, crisp texture.

"COZUN"

The COZUN knitting machine was made by improving an old-fashioned sinker knitting machine that was used during the transitional period from loopwheel knitting machines to high-speed sinker knitting machines. It has the unique characteristics of an old-fashioned sinker knitting machine, combining the softness of a loopwheel knitting machine with the firmness of a sinker knitting machine. It has been a staple at BARNS OUTFITTERS for many years.
