RECOMMEND POINT
|
"Not too heavy, not too light. Just right."
Crafted from our custom-knit 16-count jersey cotton, this original body delivers a substantial, sturdy feel while remaining incredibly soft to the touch?making it your go-to staple from now straight through the peak of summer. It hits the absolute sweet spot: not too heavy or stifling like a max-weight heavy-ounce tee, yet thick enough to eliminate any transparency worries common with lighter shirts. Engineered with the signature BARNS OUTFITTERS toughness, it resists stretching and losing its shape no matter how rough you wear or wash it. Labeled "Slaps"?the ultimate American slang for something that goes incredibly hard?this tee lives up to its name.
A big mama bear showing her cub how to roar, and the little one doing its absolute best to copy her?this design is equal parts charming, funny, and full of vintage outdoor wit.

"STUDYING"
A massive parent bear standing tall and roaring grandly toward the sky, with its cub mirroring the exact same pose right down to the stance. This touching, adorable moment is playfully captured under the single witty title, "STUDYING"?highlighting the universal truth of a child learning by watching their parent. The hand-drawn aesthetic wraps the piece in a warm, comforting vintage vibe.
To elevate its authentic character, we’ve applied distinct printing techniques based on the fabric colorway: White features a soft, retro "Washout" print; while Charcoal and Navy are finished with a textured, tactile "Half-Rubber" print.
To ensure it stands up to heavy wear, we’ve finished the collar with a clean yet rugged binder neck specification.
While maintaining a timeless, basic foundation, the silhouette is intentionally designed with a moderately relaxed fit. This slight roominess allows for excellent airflow, keeping you cool, refreshed, and effortlessly stylish straight through the peak of summer.
Spun from 16-count yarn?a weight widely recognized for its substantial, heavy-duty texture?this fabric strikes the perfect structural balance. The resulting knit is thick enough to completely eliminate any worries of transparency, allowing you to wear it entirely on its own with total confidence and zero fuss for daily use.
