【Indigo Dye】"COZUN" Double V-Gusset Crew Neck Sweatshirt BR-3000IND
"Special Color"
A core BARNS OUTFITTERS classic, built on our signature production heritage crafted on small-diameter knitting machines for heavy-gauge fabric and constructed with flatseamer stitching via US-made sewing machines.
The "COZUN" series originated from developing a fabric tough enough to withstand flatseamer construction. It’s a garment that gradually conforms to your body, becoming a cherished piece you’ll reach for year after year.
Featuring the rare "double V-gusset" a quintessential detail found in authentic vintage sweatshirts combined with flatseamer construction, this piece delivers a timeless, classic look without compromising on comfort.
The deep, rich blue hue is achieved through an authentic indigo dyeing process, allowing the garment to naturally mature into a one-of-a-kind piece over time as it ages.
*Please note: Sizes XL and above feature side-seam construction.
*Due to the unique characteristics of the knitting machine, slight size variations of approximately ±1?3 cm may occur.
Care Instructions
Indigo dye is sensitive to light and UV rays, which can cause fading. Please store this item in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Due to the nature of indigo dye, friction during wear, as well as sweat or rain, may cause color transfer to other clothing or accessories.
To prevent color bleeding, please wash separately from light-colored items.

The COZUN knitting machine was made by improving an old-fashioned sinker knitting machine that was used during the transitional period from loopwheel knitting machines to high-speed sinker knitting machines. It has the unique characteristics of an old-fashioned sinker knitting machine, combining the softness of a loopwheel knitting machine with the firmness of a sinker knitting machine. It has been a staple at BARNS OUTFITTERS for many years.
