"A New Standard Item Combining Modern Fit with Vintage Elements"
For the autumn/winter season, BARNS OUTFITTERS has crafted a new classic piece by using the "COZUN" sweatshirt fabric, which is a staple of the brand. The flat-seam stitching ensures a comfortable, stress-free fit, while the new side-seam construction allows for a wider, more relaxed size that wasn't possible with the traditional tubular design. This eagerly awaited piece offers the perfect balance of relaxed sizing and the brand’s signature thick, high-quality fabric. The black, which debuted as part of the 24AW season, has now joined khaki as a standard color, responding to many requests.

"Relaxed silhouette"
The dropped shoulder silhouette gives a relaxed feel never before seen in COZUN sweatshirts. In response to the trend of the times and the many voices calling for a larger size, the side seams have been designed to give a wider, more relaxed silhouette. The length is slightly shorter, giving it a boxy silhouette that doesn't look like you're just wearing a larger size, making this an item that we would recommend to anyone who has avoided sweatshirts until now. It is a half-zip pullover hoodie that is both stylish and easy to wear.
The zipper puller uses an original BARNS OUTFITTERS slider, reminiscent of a certain famous slider.
The raglan sleeves are tapered gently towards the cuffs and have been carefully adjusted to avoid looking sloppy. Flat seams are used for sewing, so there are no seams on the skin, making for a stress-free fit.
A kangaroo pocket is placed on the front as a little accent.
The color is applied to the surface of the fabric using pigment dye, and then washed to recreate the faded look that is unique to vintage clothing. The color fades with repeated washing, allowing you to enjoy the changes that occur over time.
The thick, fluffy fabric with a brushed back keeps you warm even in the harsh cold of midwinter.
"COZUN"
The COZUN knitting machine was made by improving an old-fashioned sinker knitting machine that was used during the transitional period from loopwheel knitting machines to high-speed sinker knitting machines. It has the unique characteristics of an old-fashioned sinker knitting machine, combining the softness of a loopwheel knitting machine with the firmness of a sinker knitting machine. It has been a staple at BARNS OUTFITTERS for many years.
