"NORTH WORKS × BARNS OUTFITTERS special collaboration items"
The city of Fussa in Tokyo, about 40 km from the center of the city, has a somewhat American atmosphere, partly due to the Yokota Air Base. NORTH WORKS is a workshop and atelier in a renovated U.S. military house, where they continue to create products with unchanging value based on basic designs. Each item is made by hand, so each piece has a slightly different face, which becomes the flavor of the item. Introducing an early release from the 2025 Fall/Winter collection — a pendant top featuring the eagle, a creature regarded as sacred and deeply significant by many Native American tribes. Symbolizing strength, freedom, and a spiritual connection to the divine, the eagle serves as a powerful motif in this meaningful piece of jewelry.

"Messenger Between the Gods and the People"
To Native Americans, the eagle is a profoundly sacred and significant being. Soaring high in the sky, it is believed to be the closest creature to the heavens — the realm of the gods. As such, the eagle is seen as a messenger that carries prayers to the heavens and delivers the words and will of the divine to the earth. Possessing a special spiritual presence, the eagle symbolizes honor, leadership, and vision for the future. Its feathers, representing strength, dignity, and courage, are revered as emblems of the warrior spirit.
The tail feathers are stamped with arrow designs, which symbolize a protective charm. It is believed that wearing this accessory can ward off evil.
【NORTH WORKS】
With vintage American coins as its core, the company incorporates the beauty of materials collected from around the world into basic designs, and continues to produce unchanging products by hand.
