"A BARNS OUTFITTERS Masterpiece: Now Available in French Terry"
This is a standard item produced with the unique production background of BARNS OUTFITTERS, including a small-sized knitting machine for knitting heavyweight fabrics and flat seamer sewing using U.S. sewing machines.
The "COZUN" series, which began with the development of fabrics that could withstand flat seaming without layering, is a piece that can be worn for a long time with affection as the fabric becomes familiar to the body.
Our signature "COZUN" series, the definitive BARNS OUTFITTERS item, is now available in a French Terry (Urake) version.
This versatile piece is designed for long-term wear across three seasons, excluding the height of summer.

"Evolving into a Seasonless Essential"
This model began with the development of a fabric that could withstand flat seamer sewing and has now become a fall/winter staple.
A simple piece that allows you to enjoy the charm of BARNS OUTFITTERS to the fullest.
In response to years of customer requests, our signature item now makes its debut in a French Terry (unbrushed) version.
While the previous brushed-fleece version was limited to colder months, this new evolution is a truly seasonless item, perfect for three seasons.
By intentionally removing the V-gusset to differentiate it from the brushed-fleece model while retaining its iconic DNA, we have created a masterpiece that honors our heritage while embracing a new evolution.
Flat seamer sewing is gentle against the skin for stress-free wear.
Matching tonal ribs on cuffs and hem for a consistent, polished finish.
The round-body construction with no side seams provides a clean look and stress-free comfort.
*Size XL have side seams.
Plush, heavyweight "COZUN" French Terry?a seasonless essential for 3-season wear.
Featuring a solid black finish, distinct from the faded "Sumikuro" seen in our brushed-fleece lineup.
"COZUN"
The COZUN knitting machine was made by improving an old-fashioned sinker knitting machine that was used during the transitional period from loopwheel knitting machines to high-speed sinker knitting machines. It has the unique characteristics of an old-fashioned sinker knitting machine, combining the softness of a loopwheel knitting machine with the firmness of a sinker knitting machine. It has been a staple at BARNS OUTFITTERS for many years.
