The "COZUN" series, which began with the development of a fabric that could withstand flat seaming without overlapping the fabric, is a piece that can be used for a long time with affection as the fabric becomes familiar to the body. This design evokes the soul of 1950s Americana, drawing inspiration from the iconic corporate logos once seen scattered along the endless American highways.

This model began with the development of a fabric that could withstand flat seamer sewing and has now become a spring/summer staple. A simple piece that allows you to enjoy the charm of BARNS OUTFITTERS to the fullest. "Bradford Motors Inc." is more than just a name—it’s a fictional tribute to the trusted local garages that kept 1950s America moving. The logo, rendered in a nostalgic, hand-lettered font, evokes the iconic roadside signage of the era. To bring this heritage to life, we’ve used a "Wash-out" print for the Ivory colorway and a "Crack" print for Black and Red. These finishes ensure that from the very first wear, the shirt carries the authentic, lived-in character of a vintage uniform found in the heart of a mid-century workshop.

The classic cat-eye buttons and other details have been carefully selected. On the front placket of the Henley neck, we’ve employed a highly specialized "Straddle Print" (Matagi-print), which flawlessly extends across both the body fabric and the placket of the Henley neck. This technique requires an extraordinary level of precision and technical skill, as the uneven surface of the placket of the Henley neck makes consistent ink application notoriously difficult.

It has the unique characteristics of an old-fashioned sinker knitting machine, combining the softness of a loopwheel knitting machine with the firmness of a sinker knitting machine. It has been a staple at BARNS OUTFITTERS for many years.
