"Vintage-Inspired T-shirt"
A defining hallmark of classic vintage T-shirts is the seamless tubular body. Originating as a streamlined solution for mass production without side seams, "TUBE" construction was standard on nearly all American-made tees of the era. Over time, as consumer demand shifted toward diverse and segmented fits, traditional side-seam construction took over.
Our "TUBE T-shirt" series pays homage to this golden era, combining 16-count Open-End (BD) yarn, traditional tubular body construction, and a pigment-dye finish for an authentic, sun-faded vintage aesthetic.
This "Roomy" model utilizes the largest-diameter tubular knitting machine still operating in Japan, creating a relaxed, spacious fit. Finished with a fake-layered design, it captures a 90s?00s street-style nostalgia.

"Wide Silhouette Crafted with Japan’s Largest-Diameter Tubular Knit"
During the golden age of American mass production, seamless tubular body construction was widely favored for its high efficiency?making it a staple for graphic printed promo tees of the era. Our 【Tube Tee】 series honors that classic American atmosphere down to the finest detail.
Creating a wide, relaxed silhouette without side seams required hunting down one of the few remaining vintage machines in Japan capable of knitting such a large diameter. Enhanced with a pigment-dye finish for an authentic, sun-faded vintage texture, the neckline is reinforced with self-fabric shoulder-to-shoulder binder tape?retaining the original retro aesthetic while preventing the collar from stretching over time.
A seamless tubular body with this kind of wide, spacious chest measurement is an exceedingly rare find. The relaxed silhouette aligns effortlessly with today's preference for oversized styling.
The fake-layered design evokes the iconic "Urahara" street culture that dominated the fashion scene from the late 1990s through the 2000s.
Featuring a tubular seamless body with no side seams for a clean silhouette and completely stress-free comfort.
To faithfully recreate the feel of classic American-made tees, we selected a crisp, dry-touch fabric crafted from 16-count Open-End (BD) yarn. Treated with a pigment-dye finish, it captures the authentic, sun-faded texture of a vintage find.
With repeated wear and washing, the colors will subtly fade over time, evolving into a one-of-a-kind piece that grows uniquely yours.
