The "COZUN" series, which began with the development of a fabric that could withstand flat seaming without overlapping the fabric, is a piece that can be used for a long time with affection as the fabric becomes familiar to the body. The design draws deep inspiration from the classic Viet-Jan (Vietnam Jacket), a legendary staple of military souvenir culture.

"The Souvenir Tee: A Reimagined Heritage Classic"

This model began with the development of a fabric that could withstand flat seamer sewing and has now become a spring/summer staple. A simple piece that allows you to enjoy the charm of BARNS OUTFITTERS to the fullest. Drawing inspiration from the legendary Vietnam Jacket (Viet-Jan), the composition features an iconic tiger motif that exudes a unique, soulful presence. To ensure an authentic vintage feel, we’ve utilized distinct printing techniques tailored to each color: a "Wash-out" print for Natural and Ivory to achieve a soft, faded look, and a "Crack" print for Black, Navy, and Red, designed to age beautifully with a characteristic weathered texture.

The "double V gusset," originally a detail of vintage sweatshirts, is expressed in a cut-and-sew fabric to create a classical piece.

Flat seamer sewing is gentle against the skin for stress-free wear.

The round-body construction with no side seams provides a clean look and stress-free comfort.

The COZUN knitting machine was made by improving an old-fashioned sinker knitting machine that was used during the transitional period from loopwheel knitting machines to high-speed sinker knitting machines. It has the unique characteristics of an old-fashioned sinker knitting machine, combining the softness of a loopwheel knitting machine with the firmness of a sinker knitting machine. It has been a staple at BARNS OUTFITTERS for many years.
